Call Me Crazy... everyone else does

Thoughts, feelings, words burn deep within my soul; smoldering and yearning to spread like wildfire from my fingertips in the form of poetry. I'm just a girl on fire....

I am a Central Louisiana–based poet, fiction writer, and mother of three whose love for verse began in childhood. Hours spent with nursery rhymes and children’s poetry sparked a lifelong passion for words, and I wrote my first poems in third grade—pieces I still treasure today. Writing remains the place where I honor who I’ve been while exploring who I’m becoming. My work is fueled by curiosity, everyday inspiration, and a desire to share the transformative power of language.

I'm easily inspired by the things I love and want to share them with you! Maybe we will both learn something along the way.
