Dawning

Daybreaks golden fingers

Reach toward overcast hearts

Warming them to a glow

Love settles upon newly amiable lips

As want sparkles in now aware eyes

… and the need to touch...

Becomes sweetly unbearable

Countless lonely nights

Slip into the back of  already forgotten memories

  2. I really like the first stanza. It drew me into the poem. Nicely done quadrille.

  3. I like the idea of the reiki fingers of the sun warming us. Wonderful happy ending for these two.

  5. Love such a wonderful awakening... it's like having walked for way too long, lost on dark roads and coming to a glorious crossroad.

    1. I believe every sun rise and sun set brings new awakenings! You just have to take a moment to see!

To have great poets... there must be great audiences
