You and I

We are the same
You and I
Both lost
Incomplete
Souls
Shining like beacons
Upon a foggy shoreline
Searching to find the other

  1. Lovely Dana. I like the thought of shining like beacons even when the shore is foggy. So aptly put.

    1. Yes... we see ourselves reflected in others so we feel secure and cling to those who feel the most familiar. Always searching for those who will understand.
